Successfully led my offshore team to deliver several significant initiatives for RAM and specifically for Brighten Home Loans. 

Include a new loan origination system,  several CRM implementation in Salesforce, a new mortgage servicing platform.

While also providing business as usual support to all operations team.

Project Manager (PMO)

Successfully delivered several significant initiatives while working closely with the PMO team to formalize, continuously evolve and improve the project governance and risk frameworks within the recently formed Project Management Office.
 
✔   The PMO was awarded Pepper's Executives Choice Team Award for Q1 2015.

PEPPER FINANCIAL SERVICES GROUP

IT Manager

Reporting to the Head of IT (later, the CIO), I managed cross functional project teams in Australia and Europe, delivering end to end project management to help drive and support Pepper's exponential growth.

Project managed development and integration activities related to the purchase of Woodchester Finanace (GE).  The  objective was to create an entirely new suite of systems and processes for the newly formed Pepper Ireland division and disengage from the former parent (GE) within 12 months.

We delivered on time, including:

✔ A comprehensive and configurable workflow solution suitable for all departments from finance to transactional processing, collections\relationship managers and legal actions teams,.
✔ Data migration of the entire mortgage portfolio to the new system 
✔ Banking and regulatory interfaces. 
✔    Bespoke Commercial Real Estate servicing platform
✔ Centralised compliance system and processes matched to the regulatory requirements for each asset class..

✔   Awarded Executive Choice, Top Performer in November 2013. Mainly for my contributions to Pepper Ireland. 

June 2008 - January 2012

Senior Developer & Business Analyst

During this period I worked in various capacities including Senior Developer, Technical Team Lead, Business Analyst and Project Manager. 

✔    Awarded the GE CIO Award on 2 occasions for my contributions to the CRM replacement project and  the Loan origination platform upgrades.

IT Consultant


My role as an IT Consultant involved full project responsibility from requirements gathering through delivery and post implementation support. This role required excellent stakeholder management skills and very close collaboration with Credit, Treasury, Risk and Collections teams at all levels.

✔    Designed online Mortgage Application systems
✔    Designed internal and external interfaces (XML) to Genworth, Veda and Nextgen.
✔    Developed automated systems for: Arrears, Collections, Delinquency and Risk Reporting.

October 1998 - January 2004

Charles Schwab Europe

Senior Technical Consultant

Responsible for full end-to-end project management of any process and systems changes identified and acting as Lead Developer & Designer for many of these initiatives.

 ✔   Developed Crest messaging to drive Stock and cash migration between Crest participants to facilitate the sale of Charles Schwab Europe to Barclays.
✔   Project Managed and designed changes to facilitate Introduction of the Central Counterparty (anonymous counterparty trading through SETS)
✔   Developed internal upgrades to handle the Dematerialization of GILTS into CREST.
