Every project is different and having delivered a wide range gives me experience and transferable insights. The objectives may be different but many of the methods are generally applicable.

CRM

Replacing an enterprise wide CRM (Siebel) was a great experience and opportunity to look into all of the GE businesses here in Australia. Comparing the market leading CRM solutions available, we chose Salesforce as it just had the edge in so many areas for our our specific needs, but it really was a very close call.

Creating a new CRM for broker and aggregators relationships for Pepper Money was the easy part.  Migrating existing data, upgrading the data warehouse, redirectiing broker authentication,  developing an iPad app and making it all work together to create the Lead Management and Sales Performance system was the fun part! 

Business Inteligence

Due diligence in the RFP process at Pepper Money was superbly detailled and strictly vendor and solution agnostic.
Reviwing solutions from top vendors reminded me that it is not just about the software.  It turns out the best ones all do everything you need and more.  In the end, Pepper Money chose Cognos
